Working/Functional Title Manager of Budgeting and Finance Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Operations, the Manager of Finances, Budgeting and Fiscal Reporting collaborates with the college leadership, faculty, and staff to (1) identify and regularly report current revenues and expenses and predicted finances; (2) find opportunities to increase revenues and decrease expenses; (3) collaborates with the administrative team, faculty and staff to align strategic goals with the college's financial capabilities; (4) create financial models that promote and facilitate decision making by the administrative team; and (5) identify strategic financial goals, with pathways to achieving those goals, regular reporting on progress a
