The Role: Associate - Structured Finance Ratings - Nontraditional U.S. Locations: Dallas, TX | New York, NY | Chicago, IL | Centennial, CO Canada Locations: Toronto, ON Grade level: 11 (for internal purposes) The Team: The team provides and monitors credit ratings and opinions for securitizations backed by a wide variety of nontraditional assets, including aircraft, container, railcar, NNN, and other lease-based products, corporate securitizations, small business, solar, and timeshare loans, among others. The Role: An Associate is responsible for rating a portfolio of credits and managing the end-to-end ratings process from the initial engagement through the publication of reports.
