Please include a cover letter of one page or less, attached as the first page of your resume (due to system limitations).The HR Strategy and Planning department within University Human Resources is looking for a Finance and Facilities Assistant to join our team!  Reporting to the Budget and Project Analyst Lead, you will collaborate with different members of UHR and manage a variety of different areas by coordinating facilities operations, some finance support, and general administrative responsibilities.This role may be hybrid but will require some onsite work due to the facilities responsibilities and the collaborative nature of the team. Flexible work agreements, reviewed annually, are subject to change dependent upon the needs of the unit.
