The Highlights The Financial Analyst 3 is second to the Manager of Banking, Liquidity and Capital Resources in managing the Treasury operations of the university.  This individual is responsible for the analysis of the daily cash flows of the university (including checks, wires,  credit card receipts, ACH, payments on the university's outstanding debt, etc.), as well as the development of new processes and monitoring of existing processes to manage the security of these cash flows. The individual is responsible for accurate and timely internal and external reporting, and works closely with the university's partner banks on due diligence issues, transaction analyses, and other matters.   As such, the Financial Analyst 3 works closely with university o
