The Associate Director of Finance is a key position in the Business Office with primary responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring of operations through analysis, reporting, and supporting personnel within the department.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Associate Director will monitor the day-to-day operations of the business office including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, projections, statistical reporting, analysis and budgeting. They will also lead special projects such as the implementation of a new endowment system and a fixed asset module.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing all aspects of a complex finance office including the ability to review, analyze and maintain general ledger accounts and prepare and analyze financial management reports for the monthly reporting package and board presentations.
