Vice President, Global Partnership Solutions (GPS), LaSalle Investment Management, Inc., New York, NY. Maintain relationships with potential and existing sponsors to generate co-investment opportunities. Review and modify complex financial models. Scrutinize key assumptions, strengths and weaknesses of potential investment opportunities. Evaluate and recommend key decision rights that exist for investment vehicles. Prepare and present investment materials. Negotiate and execute complex partnership agreements and co-investment subscription agreements. Assist in new capital raising opportunities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and six (6) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have six (6) years of experience with/in:

• Reviewing and modifying complex financial models to assess quality, consistency and likelihood of assumptions in the opportunities;
• Assisting in new capital raising opportunities with new capital sources and existing clients;
• Preparing and reviewing client reporting and investment committee materials;
• Excel modeling;
• Developing manager/partner relationships in the marketplace;
• Providing insight and assessment of complexities regarding opportunities based on direct acquisition and ownership experience; and
• Multiple property types (office, retail, logistics, residential, alternative, etc.) and geographies (throughout the United States). 

Telecommuting permitted.

25% of travel required.
