This position will serve as the Finance Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County and will provide coordination and administrative direction and management for all assigned Association Financial Operations. This position is responsible for tracking and monitoring the day-to-day functions of assigned work within the Finance Department including, but not limited: handling general record keeping, such as preparing vouchers, billing tasks, maintaining grant and contract budgets, working to input Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data in accounting software; office organization (i.e. filing, copying and preparing worksheets for billings); cash receipts; and bank statements.
