This is a year-round, non-contracted position.
The St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System in Appleton, WI is seeking an individual to serve as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Reporting to the President, this position is responsible for all financial operations of the system, including day-to-day and strategic plans for the long-term viability of the system. This individual will oversee finance, human resources, technology, facilities and food services (contracted). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least seven years of progressive management/leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit or educational institution. This leader must demonstrate the characteristics of a positive Christian role model. Preference may be given to qualified candidates who are Catholic. - A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- At least seven years of progressive management/leadership experience required
- A current CPA license is desirable, but not required
- Nonprofit experience preferred; prior private school experience preferred
- Experience as a senior-level accountant or manager in a nonprofit organization, or some related experience in accounting, finance or management is strongly desired
