A performance driven manager who wants to be responsible for directing and coordinating activities for all finance functions for operations of On Top Of the World Clearwater entities. Including, financial development, monitoring and reporting to management. Assists in the establishment of policies and procedures for ensuring appropriate internal controls. Develop, coordinate and monitor the budgeting processes for the condominium association and operational departments.
You will be responsible for:
Processing of income and expenses for all OTOW Clearwater entities, SCA Amenities, LLC, Parkway Pinellas, LLC, OTOW Condo Assoc.
- Analyze financial data and monitor adherence to operational budgets of OTOW Clearwater entities.
- Work with respective department managers to avoid budget variances.
- Develops and monitors operational budgets.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing.
- CSF monitoring, collection, processing and tracking of delinquent accounts.
- Engage Accounting firm for audits, attorneys for collections and liens.
- Negotiate Insurance coverage for community and related entities.
- Work closely with General Manager on insurance renewals and cost allocations.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure proper compliance.
- Oversee remittance of payroll, sales, and tangible and real estate taxes.
- Coordinate information required by tax firm for the preparation of income tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Work with General Manager and the Senior Manager of Community Resources on insurance related matters, loss prevention and other risk management issues, including a review and analysis of the financial impact on the company where risks are identified.
- Oversee accounts receivables and payables personnel and other finance personnel as needed;
- Follow and enforce policies and procedures.
- Work with General Manager to develop policies and procedures for finance management and internal controls.
- In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include such other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon Management company needs or requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members.
- Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the staff performance.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training staff, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, and rewarding, counseling and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What Qualifications we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) plus years of management accounting/finance experience, at least one year of supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) plus years of experience developing budgets for condominium or homeowners associations.
- Two (2) plus years of job costing, billing and project accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) plus years working in Rent Manager preferred.
- CPA Preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of real estate and condominium association management a plus.
- Proficient Skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Strong communicate skills with the ability to work with cross-functional management and senior leadership.
- Strong competences in accounting required.
- High sense of urgency and ability to identify priorities and balance achievement of process objectives with practical considerations.
- High degree of organizational ability, able to handle sensitive issues with discretion across all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to delivering quality results, overcoming obstacles in a time-sensitive manner.
- Ability to prioritize multiple work streams while remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and professional procedures and governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information to management, customers and staff.
- Ability to solve and deal with a variety of variables in communication, procedures and equipment.
