Investment Analyst (Greenwich, CT-Telecommuting Permissible) (multiple positions).  Participate in all aspects of due diligence and investment analysis for direct investments, co-investments and fund investments across equity, debt and alternative asset classes for international brokerage services firm. Research economic, industry and financial market trends. Perform financial analyses, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses. Prepare investment materials and updates for new or existing investments. Prepare monthly reporting for all asset classes. Monitor investments, analyze portfolio data, maintain internal databases, and prepare routine and ad hoc internal investment reports. Create and maintain procedures and internal documentation. Requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field and two (2) years of work experience in the job offered, or a related position building dynamic financial models and performing valuation analysis, or in the alternative a bachelor’s degree in or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field and (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position building dynamic financial models and performing valuation analysis. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each: 1) Analyzing qualitative and quantitative information and translating into strategic deliverables; 2) performing valuation analysis of potential M&As, financial capital structure models, positioning materials, and analyzing investment opportunities; 3) managing investment portfolios of at least $5 million; 4) economic and financial analysis tools such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv Eikon; and 5) conducting preliminary due diligence and negotiations with management.
