Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports AABP financial and business operations management.
Administers and manages a broad range of business and financial affairs
Coordinate the work flow of the Academic Affairs college level business offices for financial and personnel matters.
Responsible for the oversight of office operations, including expenditure tracking, reconciliation and Temp wage management.
Responsible for policy interpretation for the Purchasing, reconciliations areas and training the administrative staff on all aspects of budget reconciliation, spending policies, purchasing policies, Travel, reimbursements and Inter departmental invoice and journal voucher use.
Reconciliation and tracking for all funds in the division.
Analyzes and prepares budget spending trends for the directors who are responsible for budgets.
Responsible for the management of the financial access database.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. University Preferred Qualifications:
Four year degree in a related business function and one year of experience in accounts reconciliation, business processing, office management, or human resources; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in higher education/University setting.
Financial management experience, including expenditure tracking and reconciliation.
Knowledge of BANNER, e-procurement, and purchasing cards.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
