POSITION The American Association of the Order of Malta seeks to hire a Director of Development & Membership Engagement. Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual will assume overall responsibility for the capital raising needs of the organization. Primary duties will entail developing and executing comprehensive strategies/programs to identify, cultivate, solicit, recognize, and steward all donors and prospects, including major and planned gift prospects from both corporations and foundations. The Director of Development also will be charged with the proper disbursement of capital assets to the Order of Malta Pilgrimage Foundation and the Malta Human Services Foundation, a provider of international disaster relief.
