As part of the Finance Apps & BI Team (within Enterprise Applications Department), the primary responsibility of this position is to provide Admin support for IGT's Financial Planning and Reporting Tool (SAP BPC 10.1). This role requires good understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Planning Applications (SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan or Onestream). This role has flexible schedule (work from home & office hybrid) and can be hired out of: Reno NV, Las Vegas NV, Providence RI, Austin TX and Remote - US.
Help manage IGT's Financial Reporting and Planning System (SAP BPC 10.1) which has over 300 active users and perform all Admin processes.
Responsible for the integrity of actual & forecast data (P&L, Balance Sheet, CAPEX and KPIs) and master data (Account & Profit Center hierarchy).
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance Organization and Enterprise Applications Department. Collect and document requirements from the business and communicate it to developers (BPC/BW Engineers).
Building front end reports and troubleshoot input form issues.
Responsible for actual data loads from Accounting apps into BPC.
Provide technical support to users for the issues around data, input forms and reports.
Be a key contributor to forecast creation.
help support Finance Dashboards (on our expanding MS Power BI landscape).
Manage and support user authorizations and object level security in BPC 10.1.
Qualifications
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3-4 years of Financial Systems, Finance / FP&A or Accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Accounting or related field.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of Finance and Accounting functions and terminology.
This role requires 2-3 nights per month with after hour work (may exceed 9:00pm US EST) during month end close.
Strong communication skills, oral and written with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business including formal and informal presentations and workshops.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Admin experience of BPC 10.1 or similar system.
Familiarity with MS Power BI.
Familiarity Experience with RPA tools.
