You Will:
Implement, maintain and support the Strata Decision Support system.
Collaborate with financial and clinical managers to develop and refine activity based costs.
Maintain various financial models used to support decision making throughout the institution.
Be involved with projects related to the identification of cost savings and revenue enhancement opportunities.
Work with business users to understand their business processes and needs; translating requirements into functional specifications for dashboards and reports.
Design and optimize data models to support reporting infrastructure
Design and develop dashboards to support strategic initiatives with an understanding of results and ability to provide recommendations
You Need:
2 - 4 years of Accounting or Finance experience
2+ experience working in the Hospital/Healthcare industry
Experience in Decision Support or Cost Accounting
Fluency in Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
Healthcare Decision Support System, Business Intelligence tools or SQL or similar applications preferred
