JOB PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Sales and P&L (actual and forecast) for IDEM SEA: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Macau/Mongolia for Actual, RLBE/Forecast, Confirmation
Responsible for Cash Conversion Cycle, and Credit Management for SEA
Responsible for Business Operations, Pricing Analysis and Scenarios Modelling
Lead the development, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the Plan and RLBEs for the region including financial counsel and guidance to the organization
Financial Analysis / Decision Support - Consolidate and provide a concise overview that will guide Senior Management to understand the key drivers of profitability issues relating to any given Plan or RLBE cycle.
Provide meaningful, value added analytics to influence and counsel Senior Management on potential opportunities and / or exposures.
Distributors management: appointment/renewal, inventory management, credit/margin claims processes, etc.
Sales Incentives Plan Calculation
Work closely with Supply Chain and Regulatory to ensure sufficient inventory level in the country and distributors and no business disruption.
Responsible and to ensure Global Compliance with all applicable customs, antiboycott, embargo, and trade control laws, rules and regulations in countries where Abbott imports or exports goods, software, or technology according to Abbott Code of Conduct. Creates a sustainable infrastructure and environment that enables growth
Provided ad hoc support and solutions to meet business initiatives, planning and reporting requirements
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree in Finance or Accountancy or related subjects
Minimum 8-10 years of business controlling experience in multinational, customer-oriented environment (Experience in FP&A is highly advantageous)
Excellent analytical/ problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities
Strong can-do attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for quality and efficiency
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn / leverage on digital tools
