FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, Solve, to be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Will also assist with accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities include assuring adherence to office policies/procedures; providing scheduling and calendar management support to the executive director; assisting with new employee onboarding and training; planning logistics, collaborating with IT on maintaining Solve's computer supply inventory, liaising with building management, managing office supplies, maintaining filing system, and maintaining office equipment; maintaining and retaining financial records; assisting with grant tracking reports and coordinating documentation submission to funders; assisting with reconciling general ledger accounts; coordinating/assisting with updating Salesforce database; assisting with preparation of meeting materials and taking minutes; tracking and processing accounts payables; maintaining vendor and consultant contracts; preparing invoices as needed; answering general inquiries; and assisting other staff as needed.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least two years' experience in HR operations/finance administration or similar role; strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, teamwork, verbal and written communications skills; self-motivation; and flexibility; meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take initiative, work independently, and function effectively under pressure; high-level proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and G Suite; ability to manage registration platforms, online form tools, and CRM databases (e.g.. Salesforce); and discretion with confidential information. PREFERRED: experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, project management and accounting experience, and familiarity with data and administrative management practices/procedures.
