Director of Finance PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Director of Finance is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and manages all financial functions including: accounting, accounts payable/receivables, reconciling, budget development and tracking, financial operations, finance personnel management, insurance coverage, develops projections on individual project budgets, grant budgets, and capital improvement budget. In addition, Director of Finance is responsible for managing the financial compliance and reporting obligations for all Federal, state, and local grants and programs.
