The mission of the Center for Bioethics is to ensure that values and ethics are always part of medical training, laboratory and clinical research, and professional education. The Center is designed as a platform for integrating ethics and scientific discovery, generating new forms of collaboration to be able to bring a diverse disciplinary and inclusive perspective to bear on the ethical challenges posed by present and future biomedical advances. As part of the five-year development plan, we have hired research faculty to develop and expand bioethics research at HMS. We are looking for a grant manager who has the interest and enthusiasm to develop a new research program at the Center and is interested in participating in financial operations for a small but growing Center.
