ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL SERVICES, Questrom School of Business, Finance & Administration

As a key member of the Questrom School of Business Finance & Administration team, the Associate Director, Financial Services is expected to work with a significant level of autonomy in the areas of financial reporting and tracking, Purchasing Card (PCard) and Concur travel policies and procedures, and expense and purchasing administration. This role will also develop, coordinate, and conduct financial training for faculty and staff, specifically as part of on-boarding. Additionally, this position will collaborate with colleagues across Questrom to improve our financial transaction processes and collect and analyze data and use that to inform school leadership regarding expenditure levels and trends and the development of new guidelines and policies. This role will also directly supervise a team of financial administrative professionals.

At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask changing priorities with limited supervision in a high-pressure environment
Significant expertise with SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to adapt to and learn new systems as needed.
Accuracy, unflappability, and an eye for detail are essential.
Ability to problem solve and work independently and cross-functionally.
Previous supervisory and training experience preferred.
Knowledge of the Schools/University's policies and practices helpful.
