The Associate Research Finance Analyst will be paired with a supervisor/trainer in order to develop the knowledge and skills required to pursue a career in research administration. The Associate Research Finance Analyst (RFA) supports senior analysts in overseeing a large, complex portfolio of grants, research gifts and clinical trials and related transactions. He/She/They follow institutional procedures and practices when analyzing or reviewing financial information or reports. The Associate RFA will work on studies where analysis of data requires thorough understanding of regulations. The Associate RFA must possess exceptional analytical, communication and organizational skills to coordinate among the Controller's Office, study teams and investigators, post-award analysts in the department and sponsors.
