The Director, Finance will be responsible for leading Annual Budget, Monthly Reporting and Forecasting activities, monitoring progress and changes, and keeping senior leadership abreast of the organization's financial status. Key deliverables include the building and scaling of the financial reporting and analytical processes and simplifying them to ensure availability of usable business information for the Executive team to access through dashboard reporting and other executive management reporting. The Director, Finance provides financial justification and decision support for operational strategies and tactics, and metrics and analysis, which influence the profitability of the business and needs to be thoroughly proficient in analyzing data, producing logical scenario analyses and insights, producing accurate forecasts, and making sound recommendations to senior level executives.
This position will lead a team of FP&A analysts that are responsible for providing business insight based on deep and thorough analysis of the companyâs financial and business data. This position is responsible for helping create the strategic vision for the finance team, identifying current gaps, developing the path forward and gaining alignment from the broader finance team. It also leads the subsequent planning and forecasting processes across the Institution.
Bachelorâs Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance and 7 - 10 years of outstanding financial leadership skills and expertise with an emphasis on translating financial insights into operational recommendations, Forecasting, Financial Analytics, Budgeting and Financial Modeling
Highly developed financial and business analytical skills are required; to understand and interpret business results and plans, and to provide insights to improve business results.
