The New York office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate with at least two (2+) years of experience in Corporate and Finance Law to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice Group. Candidates should have significant experience with sophisticated finance transactions as well as experience in securitization with a special focus on asset backed and mortgage backed securities.
