The Finance Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Finance & Administration department.
Serve as the first point of contact for finance processes and transactions.
Respond to queries from LAW staff, compile expense reports for departments, and review and submit journal entries and invoices as required.
Provide first level review and analysis of transactions and expenses, including p-card and faculty expenses.
Coordinate the rental of LAW rooms to internal and external clients.
Process student payroll as directed and complete Form I-9s for walk-ins.
Compile data and prepare reports for finance, payroll, and academic affairs as requested.
Serve as backup for the Facilities Manager and Deans Office reception area.
B.A./B.S. and one to three years of office support, preferably in a large organization or university setting required.
Proficiency in using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
A professional manner and the ability to be flexible, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
