Corn Belt Power Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, with headquarters in Humboldt, Iowa, has the following job opening:
Development Finance Director
This position will:
Work with borrowers and member systems to ensure proper documentation of applications for financial assistance from the Revolving Loan and Venture funds, and other financial resources available through the cooperatives.
Perform credit analysis and make recommendations on these loan applications.
Develop and generate reports that contain financial and other pertinent data on loans.
Present loan requests and modifications to loan review committee and Board of Directors.
Generate closing documents and security interests on loans approved by the loan review committee and Board of Directors.
Provide borrower assistance and conduct periodic site visits as needed.
Assist in compliance with USDA and/or government agency regulations as they relate to use of federal funds for economic development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field is required. One to five years of progressively responsible financial experience is required, preferably with commercial lending experience.
