Responsible for managing, developing, and assisting with both new and replacement Christus Trinity Clinic activities as they relate to strategic planning, business development/growth, and capital planning. This person will manage new and existing projects coordinated between Development, Finance, and Operations. The Manager should have the ability to identify significant operational opportunities or threats, interpret trends, and analyze statistical findings.The manager will collaborate with the Director of Business Development to ensure strategies are fully integrated in the development of smaller potential acquisitions.
Assists Director of Business Development in working with the target practiceâ€™s physician(s), practice manager and other identified leadership to acquire information necessary to prepare financial proformas, offer letters, and employment agreements.
Coordinates the refinement of proformas as an effective tool in making informed operational and strategic decisions through continuous development of more efficient data capture methods and application of the latest forecasting techniques.
Gathers, analyzes, and reports essential operating information to the Director, for the purpose of keeping the organizationâ€™s key customers apprised of the regionâ€™s on-going status.
Assists in the review of business plans and proposals submitted for material capital projects.
Demonstrates an understanding of and need for proper stewardship of the organizationâ€™s resources by the way in whichâ€™s oneâ€™s job responsibilities are implemented.
Assists Director in needed research and analyses as part of continued efforts and active participation of Christus Trinity Clinic standardization efforts.
Regular interaction and communication with members of Ministry Management and many other associates (both financial and non-financial) requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Masterâ€™s Degree in Health Care Management, Business or other field highly desirable.
Five (5) or more years of advanced experience in financial modeling and analysis
Five (5) or more years of experience in a physician/group practice management setting
