The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and enjoy working with a collaborative, dynamic and talented leadership team, and Board of Directors. This leader will have the opportunity to be part of formulating the future course for Thomas Cuisine and will provide strategic oversight to projects and goals aligned with the organization-wide vision. The Chief Financial Officer will enjoy leading financial resources for the organization in all areas of finance including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, deal analysis and negotiations, compliance, banking relationships, and institutional financing. Also, this new leader will provide both operational and programmatic support.
In this key leadership role, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a champion for Thomas Cuisine and the community as well as a mentor, leader and trusted guide to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, the Finance Department, as well as other internal and external constituents of the organization. The successful candidate will be adept at recognizing and acting on opportunities for growth, improvement, and enhanced quality service in alignment with the goals, mission, and values of the organization.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, a passion for service to the community along with an MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting or related field, 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience and strong knowledge of For-profit accounting, compliance, and regulations. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
