Quest Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP) - Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst

Quest is looking to hire motivated students for our Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). QFLDP has been designed to provide an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of the business and develop strong analytical skills that will prepare individuals for management roles in the Finance function.
Individuals will typically spend the first 24 months in one area. Financial analysts will continue to be provided with rotational opportunities as they develop in their careers. Our undergraduate QFLDP candidates typically go through 3 rotations of 1-2 years each.
QFLDP at the MBA level is built as a fast track to management and the goal of this program is to prepare a candidate for a manager role in Finance in 24 months after completion of one rotation.
Incoming hires are given immediate and meaningful responsibility in one of the key areas in the Finance organization. The program is designed to provide business critical job experiences and develop well-rounded finance and business leaders. As a professional in the Finance organization, you will take part in:
Performing advanced financial analyses and month end reporting to provide recommendations
Using programs such as MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze large quantities of data
Interpreting financial data for partners within and outside of Finance
Developing business strategy and executing shareholder value initiatives
Benchmarking competitive position
High visibility role with immediate responsibility and projects
Rotation length: 24 months
Number of rotations: 3 for Financial Analyst (BA) / 1 for Sr. Financial Analyst (MBA)
Development is closely monitored by the Finance Leadership Team
Networking events, training programs, presentations, off site events
Objective is to support accelerated development and achieve steep career trajectory

Quest’ corporate headquarters is in Secaucus, NJ, and the majority of our Finance positions are located at HQ. Some opportunities will require relocation to our regional business units across the country.
Currently working towards getting a Bachelor’s degree for Financial Analyst role
Currently working towards an MBA for Senior Financial Analyst role
Exceptional financial and analytical skills
Innovative thinker comfortable with ambiguity to complete tasks
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
Prior work experience required for MBA candidates; specifically in finance and / or healthcare industry is a plus
