In this role, you will be working directly with business lines across the company, partnering with the business to achieve these objectives.
You will provide financial advisory services to the business to meet its objectives: For example:
- Alternatives to maximize value and mitigate financial risk
- Negotiations of finance aspects of commercial transactions
- Structured financing (e.g. limited or non-recourse project financing)
- Valuation and complex economic analysis
- Acquisitions, Divestments, and Joint Ventures: scoping, marketing/due diligence support, negotiations, closing, and post-closing integration
- Liaise with centralized Treasurer’s groups (e.g. cash management, insurance, pension management, risk controls, etc.) to support business projects
- Analysis of relationships between complex operations, related contracts and financial transactions
- Utilizing and updating computing systems to accurately record financial transactions
- Designing and evaluating controls
- Improving financial and accounting processes
- Providing financial support to operating and financial organizations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Finance-focused MBA
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience post-MBA, on par with a Senior Associate or VP level at an investment bank
- Interest in international finance, strategy and management
- Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative and financial analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Specific responsibilities for an individual will be commensurate with experience
