Work You'll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developstrategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence
80% travel required nationally.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and six (6) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have four (4) years of related work experience involving each of the following:
Applying cross-industry and client operations knowledge, and market factors to address issues and provide insight into opportunities by recommending options based on client's business and technical needs;
Assigning multi-functional and global teams to provide services to client and ensuring recommendations and solutions are consistent with engagement strategy;
Identifying emerging market issues and trends to understand their impact on businesses by testing thought leadership with clients during development, and contributing to the preparation of point of view documents and new service offerings;
Demonstrating solutions to business problems in service areas and competencies outside of Finance and Performance Management fields and coordinating cross-service sales efforts, including the following service lines: Accounting Advisory, M&A, Risk Management, Tax, and Human Capital;
Supporting new business pursuits by demonstrating polished selling techniques and approaches to enhance the selling process, and identifying and selecting a team based on specific skill sets and sales strategy;
Assessing the marketplace needs with thorough knowledge of the market area and multi-functional offering of products and services by making contacts with high-level client leaders with shared values to generate cross functional leads;
Managing large-scale Finance Transformation implementations, including Global Shared Services Centers;
Managing Finance technology implementations, leveraging solutions using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools including SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP HANA, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions, as well as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools including SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Cognos TM1, and Anaplan;
Supporting operational efficiency in the finance function to reduce costs and improve productivity, including the following: robotics and automation tools: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath; and
Providing analytics expertise to clients for continuous finance insights and better business decisions.
