To support our growing team in Germany, we are hiring a fulltime
(Senior) Consultant with experience in finance and M&A (m/f/d) (Munich/Frankfurt/Berlin)
About this role
If you thrive on the buzz of being involved in complex mandates, with experts from a broad range of different disciplines, often on a tight timeline, and have a flair for crafting compelling storylines/messaging in high pressured situations, this role may be for you. You will often form your own team or be part of a team that manages a critical part of the client's life cycle.
Managing or participating in client projects with a focus on financial and M&A communications, including IPOs, M&A transactions, takeover bids, restructuring and insolvency, financial reports, and investor relations
Acting as a senior advisor to our clients on a range of issues from strategy development to operational implementation
Designing communication concepts, content and measures based on data-driven insights
Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Law (or similar)
Several years' experience in financial communications, either in-house or at an agency
An appreciation of current trends in financial communications, for example sustainable investing and shareholder activism
Project management experience and an ability to work in a high-intensity environment
Proficient with relevant digital tools and excellent Microsoft Office skills
A deep interest in current economic and political affairs
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in English and German - additional languages can be an advantage.
Excellent organisational, time and priority management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once
Analytical, results-oriented and able to work independently, while also leading and working closely with client teams
