A junior banker in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking Division
Assist in execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) and corporate finance transactions;
Assist in planning and execution of due diligence;
Conduct industry and company research and analysis; perform financial analysis and corporate valuation; develop financial models;
Assist in deal origination including the preparation of pitchbooks, presentation materials and proposals;
Assist in project management including coordination with all working groups and professional parties as well as regulatory authorities for IPOs and other corporate finance transactions; and
Such other duties as shall be directed by your superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor Degree or MBA holder in Business, Finance or Economics from reputable universities with outstanding academic record;
Preferably CFA and / or CPA qualifications;
Prefer to have three years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or investment banking;
Good knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes and relevant rules and regulations;
Superior analytical and quantitative skills (i.e. financial and data analysis);
Team player with good problem solving and strong communication skills who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
