City based Banking Group wish to recruit an additional member of staff for its Project Finance team. The person appointed will actively support the successful and ongoing origination, execution and management of various project finance transactions as it develops and expands its business in the European, African and Middle Eastern markets.
Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and evaluating potential deal opportunities and assisting with the subsequent origination process (establishing relationship with the client, pitching and securing the mandate, as appropriate).
Reviewing and analysing terms of deals and the credit risks.
All aspects of the deal execution process including reviewing and commenting on documentation, financial aspects etc.
Making a full contribution to broaden the team's range of personal relationships with target clients across the industry as well as partaking in ongoing reviews of the overall strategy with respect to the project finance market.
The business therefore is looking to speak with individuals who offer a sold educational background, (preferably ACIB/Degree qualified) and at least 2-5 years' experience as part of a front-office project finance team which includes daily interaction with corporate clients, credit analysis skills and familiarity with cashflow financial analysis and a real desire to contribute to the continued development of their project finance business.
