You will utilize a wide range of financial analysis and modelling skills to develop pricing, costing and financial strategies for complex, large-scale consulting deals, ensuring that the deals are cost effective and priced appropriately.
This role focuses on managing complex transactions and deals, directing deal shaping, including the flow of deal activities.
Act as a trusted advisor to the sales teams in contract pricing throughout the entire sales cycle to expedite deal execution.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's operations and cost drivers and incorporate this knowledge into pricing strategies to improve profitability.
Create financial forecasts, costing and pricing models. Evaluate financial performance and perform competitive assessments to ensure that deals are priced appropriately.
Ensure that contract financials comply with internal policies and commercial practices.
Advise on complex deal structures, provide financial insights, highlight risks and mitigations in the contractual terms and conditions.
Regular review of process to help improve deal operations and management, best practices and pricing model.
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent degree.
Minimum 7 years of work experience
Good knowledge of US GAAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business/ commercial acumen
Advanced proficiency in Ms. Excel and financial modeling.
