The key responsibilities of the position include:

• Assisting in origination and marketing efforts
• Creating complex financial models from scratch
• Performing credit analysis and credit memos
• Preparing deal pitches
• Structuring a variety of sub-IG transactions

Profile

The successful candidate for the position will have:

• Excellent leveraged finance experience from an outstanding leveraged finance team or top tier credit fund/direct lender
• Strong credit skills
• Exposure to a variety of leveraged finance and high yield transactions
• The ability to build complex models from scratch
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work in a dynamic team
