Our client is one of the Europe's most respected Private Equity investors. As the firm continues to grow, we are now helping them to find a financing focused Senior Associate to join the London team. The role will be broad, covering all elements of the financing process for new deals and ongoing capital markets needs within the existing portfolio. It's a rare and exciting opportunity to join a small and important team within a leading fund in the upper mid market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in evaluating and optimising capital structures for both new investments and existing portfolio companies
  • Coordinate financing due diligence processes with investment deal teams
  • Maintain internal record of banking relationships, transaction history and portfolio company capital structures
  • Proactively monitor existing portfolio performance against current and projected covenant compliance

YOUR PROFILE:
  • You should have Associate level experience from a leveraged finance or debt advisory team, or a private credit investing environment
  • Experience with private equity sponsored transactions a plus
  • Strong financial modelling and relationship management skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organised - able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously and transact across different timetables
