Your team You'll be working in the EMEA Financing business management team. We are based in London and responsible for Business Management of the Financing business within Global Markets, which includes Capital Markets Financing, Equity PB, Securities Lending & Financing and Clearing businesses. Our team focuses on ensuring that the business operates effectively to manage risks, and is enabled to maximize profits while being compliant with regulations, policies and procedures.
Your expertise
4+ years background or direct experience
knowledge of front to back processes and dependencies in a large Financing business
ability to work with stakeholders and team members across all areas of the bank
good at building networks of contacts across the business, logistics and control functions
ability to understand new issues and processes quickly and determine priorities and solutions based on business need and benefit
excellent analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel, Power Point
comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment · A product background with exposure to Financing products is essential
strong focus, drive and commitment and track record in getting jobs done on time and to a high standard
