Bachelorâs degree in business, finance, accounting or related field. Experience working with non-profit organizations. Experience with ISU budgeting and financial systems/operations. Strong experience and understanding of fiscal reporting and reconciliation processes. Experience navigating an onâdemand (cloud-based) financial management and human capital management software system such as Workday.
Summary Plans, analyzes, prepares, and compiles Reiman Gardenâs budget activity; serves as the fiscal manager and administrative support to the director.
Example of Duties â¢ Compiles and reviews the budgets for departments, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income. â¢ Maintains accurate spending records and establishes measures for budgetary control. â¢ Compiles and updates statistical data for various financial reports. â¢ Counsels departments on preparing budgets based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other factors. â¢ Researches to find answers to questions or problems regarding capital projects, department accounts, and budget analysis.
