Job Description

• Responsible for the company's strategic investment and M&A projects
• Responsible for opportunity origination and assessment, and support in all aspects of the M&A and corporate finance projects, inclusive but not limited to economic investigations, industry analysis, financial modelling and valuation, due diligence, risk analysis, preparation of presentation materials and transaction documents, fund-raising, implementation and coordination
• Maintain good relationships with customers, financial and investment institutions
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by department head

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance field
• Qualified CFA holder
• Familiar with financial institutions, understand equity investment and financing, trust and other investment banking businesses
• Possess good networking with investment banks, financial institutions, securities traders, investors, etc.
• Have a keen sense of the market, can seize opportunities and avoid financing risks
• Independent research skills incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, good written skills in Chinese and English
