They need someone who is not afraid of the nitty gritty financial control side of things but also can support the Partners as they grow the business into moving into new offices/new jurisdictions.

Our client is looking to identify someone who has 10 years experience as a minimum in a hedge fund/asset manager/family office that has a good handle of partnership accounting which is "must" in this role.

This role will offer the person to have a genuine vision in how finance should be run - outsource, bring the function in house are all decision that need to be made in this hands on but broad role.

The ideal candidate is a demonstrable strong accountant/controller but also has the ability to work with the owner of the business in other areas/other tasks that are also needed in a small but growing hedge fund.
