About this role
BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., seeks Associate-Finance in New York, NY to analyze and support the implementation of various firm-wide business allocation and reporting projects, including the US Mutual Funds Board reporting, and conduct financial analyses. Req's: Master's degree or equivalent in Global Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics or a related field of study and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing Complex Excel functions, including Power Pivots and VBA, to build financial models and reports; utilizing Cognos TM1 financial for finance data modeling and reporting; utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to create material for stakeholders and senior management; and utilizing analytical skills and understanding and application of financial, accounting, and statistical principles, and concepts to work with profitability analysis, financial projects, and deliverables. In the alternative, the employer will accept Bachelor's degree or equivalent in one of the above fields and 5 years of experience in the above listed skills.
