• Maintain accounting records, prepare accounting schedule and perform month-end closing & reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze regular management reporting and annual budgeting reports
• Closely monitor management fee income collection status
• Communicate and coordinate with other group or project companies in PRC
• Review and verify the investment data with those stated in the operation report
• Responsible for quarterly forecasting
• Work with auditors and other professionals regarding audit and banking matters
• Assist in dealing with tax filing or analysis matter

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (with audit experience preferred)
• Prior experience in asset management, or fund industry is preferred
• Good analytical, commercial awareness and communication skills
• Solid understanding of valuation-related accounting standards and valuation of financial instruments
• Mature with a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
• Proficient in English  and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Good at Excel
