Collaborate across Finance/Accounting and Technology to develop systems and process solutions to solve complex business reporting needs. Lead in gathering business and functional requirements and developing and implementing programs, projects, reports and initiatives that enhance overall business operations, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiencies.
Business owner for Yardi fund accounting platform and Oracle corporate accounting, budgeting andforecasting platform as it relates to the InvestmentManagement business.
Implement an industry leading configuration of Yardi IM to support Global funds and joint ventures, while also liaising with business and Technology partners to build new solutions to continuously streamline fund accounting operations.
Serve as the Investment Management representative in Corporate Oracle system implementations to support line of business reporting, forecasting and budgeting to ensuring that requirements specific to the line of business are addressed. Create solutions for automating internal reporting at both the regional and consolidated level.
Streamline and automate reporting of key metrics across the Global Investment Management business through system configurations and optimization.
Partner with the Director of Renovations Accounting to more effectively implement the tools within Yardi Job Costing as well as identify areas for automation.
Train employees on systems and assist in troubleshooting systemissues.
Assist in new fund setup in Yardi IM.
Provide leadership in applyingdata governance concepts and frameworks to effectively manage data, data sources, and processes that support accounting automations and business analytics.
Evaluate, recommend and develop business process improvements and enhancements, through participation in cross-departmental committees focusing on leveraging technology and data to enhance reporting, accuracy and efficiencies across workstreams.
Oversee the implementation andon-going support of software to assist in various Investment Management Functions.
Completes other reasonable duties as assigned or as necessary.

Reporting solution to capture key corporate metrics on a budgeted and actual basis across multiple systems including but not limited to: AUM, EUM, Promote, Capital Raise, Acquisitions/Dispositions/Developments, and Corporate FTEs. Assist in creation of metric definitions to be used globally.

Proficiency in Yardi IM required. Capable of setting up complex fundstructures in the system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPBCS experience preferred.
General understanding of the RealEstate Investment industry inorder to relate financial andoperating analyses to practical business solutions and processimprovements.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
At least eight (8) years of relevant and progressive work experience
International travel may be required
