Cameron Park Community Services District is seeking a Finance/Human Resources Officer who is a solution-oriented, multifaceted leader with superb interpersonal skills, responsible for managing the Finance, Budget, Human Resources, Risk Management and Information Technology functions of the District. The position reports directly to the General Manager and supervises and directs work performed by assigned staff. Essential functions include:

• Accounting, Budget and Finance: Manages the Finance and Budget functions of the District; performs complex accounting functions; provides high-level reports to the General Manager and advises the GM and Board of Directors; manages and coordinates all functions related to the District’s finances.
• Human Resources: Manages Human Resources functions, including salaries, benefits and discipline.
• Risk Management: Manages the District’s risk management and insurance programs.
• Information Technology: Manages and coordinates all functions and operations related to the District’s Information Technology; serves as liaison for the District’s information technology service provider.

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the duties of a Finance/Human Resources Officer. For example:

• An associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a closely related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a government agency, special district, or with fund accounting is highly desirable.
• At least two years of increasingly responsible experience, including supervision, governmental finance and budget, human resources and risk management is highly desirable. 

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $60,490 - $81,353. Cameron Park Community Services District provides many great benefits, including:
