What you’ll be doing...
We innovate constantly to help the biggest names in business work quicker and smarter, and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. You will be participating in large, enterprise-wide technology initiatives as a senior level resource responsible for delivering business requirements related to payment processes. You’ll be prioritizing, developing, and deploying payment related projects which will enable us to achieve our business goals and objectives. Prioritizing, developing and deploying Bill to Cash related projects to achieve business goals and objectives.
Working to understand business priorities and developing detailed requirements for all projects.
Reviewing the efficiency of existing Bill to Cash tools and systems and evaluating the potential of new tools to improve our methodologies, processes, and resources.
Collaborating with Accounting, Tax, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Sourcing, Network, Sales and other internal and external partners to apply expertise and deliverables and ensure strategic alignment on projects.
Maintaining oversight of the status of all product plans and roadmaps and implications for the business.
Collaborating with Tax, Legal and Accounting to ensure customer invoicing and reporting compliance with local in-country tax and regulatory legislation and requirements.
Supporting audit and compliance solutions to support Bill to Cash activities.
Supporting global alignment of Bill to Cash processes across regions and Centres of Excellence.
Ensuring day to day compliance of customer invoicing and accounting of all Bill to Cash transactions.
Supporting vendor relationships and driving cost efficiencies.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics with four or more years of directly related equivalent experience.
CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Project Management certification and understanding & experience of running complex projects.
Strong leadership background, demonstrated experience in executing on transformational initiatives.
Proven effective management and leadership skills.
Solid experience in the communication industry and an understanding of Ordering, Provisioning, Cost and Billing systems.
Strong knowledge of the end to end flow of products and services offered to our customers.
Fluency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese), Japanese, Korean and/or Thai is essential to service regional clients/stakeholders.
