Adjunct Instructor in Real Estate Development Economics and Finance

University of Southern California Part-time Instructor The candidate will be able to teach graduate level courses with content focused on to the economic and financial aspects of real estate development. Topics include financial analysis, cost of capital, and methods of financial analysis.  The candidate should also be able to teach methods to evaluate combinations of financing, including across the public and private sectors, and theoretical and institutional issues inherent in such financial arrangements. The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as MPL, MRED, MARCH, MLARCH, MPA, MPP, MBA, PhD).  Candidate must also have significant professional experience in planning or a related field.  Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations. The position is not restricted geographically and can be filled by a candidate with broadband internet access. Adjunct instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content utilizing existing course design; conducting office hours, being accessible to students and grading on a timely basis.
