Ensure, review and assist in the execution of various corporate finance and capital market mandates for fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and IPOs as well as other corporate actions or transactions.
You will provide strategic and financial decision support, including financial modelling and valuation Liaise and co-ordinate with other professionals both internal and external as well as bankers, private equity funds, reporting accountants, solicitors, promoters and other professionals as well as regulators.
For managers and above, you will lead and supervise transactions to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and operational policies. You will assist in the marketing of and sourcing for capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Knowledge of financial products, instruments and structuring is required for non-compliance roles.
You will closely with customers and other professionals and lead the drafting and verification meetings with minimum supervision and when required will need to travel.
Perform and execute various sponsorship functions with respect to various aspects of sponsored issuers.
Qualification in Accountancy, Business, Finance or other relevant discipline
Possess strong thinking and analytical skills, self-motivated and resourceful
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Min. 5 years (managers and above) or 2 years of relevant experience (for associates), preferably in auditing or accounting or corporate finance or legal or investment banking or research/credit analyst.
Bilingual English and Chinese to liaise with other counterparts.
Familiarity of rules and regulations, SFA, listing manual and CA requirements.
