A global real estate investment manager with a large logistics portfolio is expanding their corporate finance team. They seek to grow their global footprint by identifying and acquiring operating platforms, including property companies and prop tech businesses.

The Senior Associate will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance to analyse OpCos and potential M&A opportunities for the group. You will take the lead on transactions, independently managing due diligence and through the acquisition process.

Requirement;

• 3 – 6 years of experience
• Real estate knowledge and working experience of real estate deals
• Private equity or investment banking experience, M&A, real estate or FIG teams
• Fluent Mandarin speaker, fully business proficient
• Experienced at analysing deals independently
• Proficient in financial modelling of real estate platforms and portfolios
• Based in Hong Kong.
