Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Lead Manager of Corporate Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will be responsible to carry out analytical, operational, control and workflow tasks related to the treasury function and treasury workstation functionality. Primary objective is to coordinate with Cash Desk team members to ensure daily operational activities such as cash positioning, payments processing, investments trading, debt interest payments, daily reporting and other similar operational functions are managed efficiently in a manner to optimize cash and liquidity management. Analysis activities will include cash forecasting/modeling, debt and loan facility tracking, cash management, and assistance with system maintenance of the treasury workstation. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Business • 2+ years experience in a Corporate Treasury role Preferred Qualifications: • Treasury operations experience with bank portals and Treasury Management Systems • CTP certification or willingness to obtain • Insurance or financial services industry experience • Established analytical and communication skills • Acumen with VBA, SQL, macros, and other advanced Excel skills • Self-motivated learner looking to challenge the status quo • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy • Knowledge of commonly-used treasury, banking and finance concepts, practices, and procedures • Process Management Optimization experience • Six Sigma and/or project management experience |
