KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, management accounts & audit for the group
• Manage expenses, budgets and financial planning for the group
• Responsible for the group's daily operations, corporate secretarial, banking, payments
• Manage financial and tax related matters for the company's investment arm entities
• Responsible for maintenance of financial records and files for the firm
• Review the corporate accounting report and financial returns reports to SFC in Hong Kong and MAS in Singapore, ensure financial compliance with the regulators
• Support senior management on tax, structure, KYC & AML, and other regulatory / compliance related matters for the group
• Responsible for maintenance of records for compliance documentation and disclosure
• Facilitate cross-functional efforts, including liaising with auditors, valuers, fund administrators, compliance advisors and other professional parties
• Have a broad understanding of the group's ongoing projects and prospective investment opportunities
• Facilitate deal team on investment management, e.g. fund formation, investment financial review, valuation, tax, compliance, structuring, financial due diligence

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above required
• Holder of Membership in ACCA/CPA or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of working experience in Private Equity / Real Estate fund / Fund Industry experience would be ideal
• Strong English proficiency
• Self-starter with exceptional communication skills, attitude & work ethic and can lead and manage work tasks independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through 
• Confidence to work closely with senior management and external advisors  
• Results-oriented: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple, timesensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered  
• Experience in compliance and tax would be advantageous
