Under the leadership of the Associate A.D., Business and Finance, the selected candidate assists in the management and coordination of the Athletics Business Office within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• develop and enter purchase requisitions and travel advances for assigned departments
• process and reconcile travel expenses for assigned departments
• administer invoices/reimbursements and reconcile credit card transactions
• prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets as assigned
• prepare ledger and general journal entries
• assist with month close tasks, as well as year-end reporting
• track, record, and report donations, stocks, and matching gifts
• monitor restricted and capital project accounts

Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience.  Prefer previous business office / bookkeeping experience, computer skills (Microsoft Office), organizational and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.  As a staff member of UCF Athletics, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
